Job Purpose
Responsible for providing and performing clerical duties to ensure smooth running of the Support Services Department.
Key Responsibility Areas
Undertake vehicle inspections and reports. Sort and distribute correspondence to and from various sections. Attend to stationery requirements for the department. Compile basic statistical reports and ensure proper filing. Undertake other related assignments as directed
Essential Requirements
An appropriate level of primary education. 1 Month relevant experience. Computer Literacy
Preferred Requirements
An appropriate level of secondary education. 3 Months relevant experience
